I see you, and I am so glad you're here…

My mission is to offer a safe space for women to access their power, to reclaim their fragmented parts, and sing them Home - back into the body. Through Somatic Coaching & hands-on teachings & practices, I offer a sacred container for you to be wild, messy, and free.

I came to my work through many years of trial and error, trauma, and pain. My toolbox is resourceful and abundant. My own journey of healing, self-care and tremendous time alone - coinciding with cavernous explorations of my Self, allows me to show up fully today. I have called myself Home.

As a Somatic Coach and Bodyworker, I have woven together my experiences of being both teacher & student into my practice. In other words, I have lived my work. My studies are in Sri Vidya Tantra, the Akashic Records, Polarity + Massage Therapy, Reiki, & Yin + Hatha Yoga. My odyssey has been painfully profound and life-altering, with doses of joy and pleasure, of course! I have honed my skills so that the work of returning home becomes a place of wild liberation. In turn, I provide a place for you to do the same. Utilizing various tools, I offer private sessions, workshops, and retreats focused on healing, ritual, and self-care. These teachings and practices can assist in leading a life full of clarity and love.

With this in mind, we move our Bodies to free them from holding patterns and to open the voice of our muscles, organs, tissue, + fascia. A great way to sample my work AND move & write in community!
